Refund policy

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:
  • The item arrived damaged, or
  • The incorrect item was received.
• To start a return, please contact us at gabsdoodlebugdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.

After 48 hours, orders may have already entered production or processing and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation. To request a cancellation, please contact gabsdoodlebugdesigns@gmail.com as soon as possible.
